This is a short policy because this is a small site that collects very little. Everything below describes what actually happens, not what a template says might happen.
The short version. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking script of any kind on this site. We know nothing about you until you fill in a form. If you click a link to a retailer, that retailer sets its own cookie — that part is theirs, not ours.

There are six: the booking form, two crew forms, the kit quote, and two market forms. They are handled by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider. A submission is stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us. Nothing is passed to a marketing platform, and you are not added to a mailing list — there is no mailing list.
When you build a kit, the selection is saved under ppla-kit in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clear your site data and it is gone.
We do not set any. There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
Typefaces load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This is the only third party involved in simply viewing a page.
Links to B&H, Amazon, Adorama and Sweetwater are affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to that retailer, who then sets their own cookie to attribute a purchase to us. We never see your order, your payment details or your personal information — only an aggregate count of sales. Each retailer's own privacy policy governs what happens once you land there. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and performance.
Form submissions stay in our Netlify account and our email until they are no longer useful — typically a couple of years for an enquiry that became a booking, and less for one that did not. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still ask what we have.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have equivalent rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability.
Email booking@podcastprosla.com with what you want and we will do it. No form to fill in, no verification hoops beyond confirming you are the person who submitted it.
If you post a listing or a member profile on the market, the details you put in it — your name, city, what you are selling and how buyers should reach you — are published publicly on this site once approved. That is the point of the board. Only include contact details you are happy for strangers to see. Ask us and we will take a listing down.
If this changes materially we will update the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, which is rather the point.
